UNEXPECTED: SPACE TIME WARP

Clyde stumbled on the floor. He barely felt his heartbeat, and as he gazed around the room, he can't help but remember the first time he laid eyes on Pao.
"Hi," a tall, handsome guy approached Clyde, "I'm Pao, the guys call me P-Dog, so..."
Clyde, sipping from a strawberry milk-shake looked on to him. No reaction.
"I can see that you're alone...you mind if I sit beside you?"

Clyde couldn't believe what's happening. For the first time, a straight guy would actually talk to him...and sit beside him! And not just any straight guy in the campus, Pao was a heartthrob, and every homosexual in school and any girl outside school would give anything to talk to him.
"Sure." Clyde said, as he sipped nervously from his beverage. "Bitch, be playin, and wala siyang mapagtripann na iba kaya siguro tumatabi tong mokong na to." he thought.

Silence. Pao opened a pack of nuts and started munching on them. It annoyed Clyde that he ate noisily.
"Why are you talking to me?"  Clyde said, "Coz if you're just like in a dare game or something, and you're making fun of me, I'd rather that you not, madali akong mapikon."
"No!" Pao exclaimed, "DARE GAME? hahaha,  Anong sinasabi mo? I just think your cool and I want to hang out with you, ayaw mo pa?"

"You know what, you really are in a dare game are you?" Clyde said.
"HAHAHAHAHA!" Pao laughed.
"Why are you laughing..." Clyde said.
Pao stared at him, smiling. "I am not in a dare game, ma'am." Pao said, "Want some nuts?"

"Thanks, but no thanks." Clyde said.
"Suplada pala. Haha." Pao said.
"Anong sabi mo?" Clyde said. He was really annoyed by how handsome this guy is- and how presko he is.
"Walaaaaaa." Pao said coyly.

It was confusing him. What the hell is this guy into? He's MVP of the school soccer team, and also a musician. He won the best Christmas lantern last year, and rumor has it, that he actually bought the materials for that project, and just made it look like it was recycled. The guy has a car, and spends every Saturday night with his friends in his house, enjoying the pool. And how is Clyde even able to know stuff about him? Yes, he is popular alright. Intelligent, talented, handsome, and rich.

"Ain't he perfect?" Clyde thought.

"Oh, natahimik ka na diyan," Pao said, "Salita ka naman, maiistroke ka niyan. Haha."

"A rocket to the moon." Clyde whispered.
"What did you say?" Pao asked.
"A rocket tot he moon," Clyde said, "I just love their songs...too bad we can't bring our phones hear to listen to music during break."
"Oh," Pao said, "You listen to them? What kind of gay are you?"
"Excuse me?" Clyde asked
"No, I mean, usually gays won't listen to that kind of music," Pao said, "Usually you guys would listen to Beyonce or Mariah or shit like that."
"I just like them, and don't call her shit," Clyde said.
"Who?" Pao asked.
"Beyonce, or Mariah." Clyde said.
"Oh, sorry, haha." Pao said.

"KRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!"

"Shit, I'm late." Clyde said standing up and picking up his lunch. Hurriedly, he headed to the high school department.

"HEY!" Pao shouted.

Clyde looked back, "WHAT!?"

"I'll see you later then, dismissal?" he asked

"Okay," Clyde said, "Just remember, I don't go all the way on the first date!"

"What?!" Pao said.

"Nothing!" Clyde said, "Hindi ka pala sira ulo, sabi ko!"

"Haha," Pao said, "Don't worry, I take things nice and slowly!"

Clyde smiled as he shook his head, "Crazy guy." he thought.
